About Our Units

  • Your FIRST MONTH RENT is prorated from the day you rent to the last day of that month.
  • NO DEPOSIT required on storage units. We have a one time non-refundable administrative fee of $15.00 that INCLUDES your lock and 2 keys, which is yours to keep.
  • RENT on storage units is on a MONTH-TO-MONTH tenancy. NO REFUNDS on early move-outs.
  • LATE FEES will apply to all rentals.
